Welcome to Nexus Gaming Lounge. By entering our premises, booking a station, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure a fair, competitive, and welcoming environment for all players.

All hardware, peripherals, and lounge furnishings are the property of Nexus Gaming Lounge. Patrons are expected to treat all equipment with care. Any malicious damage, tampering with settings, or removal of peripherals will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential liability for replacement costs.

We maintain a strict code of conduct. Harassment, excessive aggressive behavior, or interference with other players' gaming experiences will not be tolerated.

Station bookings can be made in advance online or in person. Your booked time begins exactly at the scheduled start time, regardless of when you arrive at the terminal.

• Late Arrivals: We will hold your reserved station for 15 minutes past the start time. After this period, the booking is subject to cancellation without refund, and the station may be offered to walk-in players.
• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
• Account Security: You are responsible for logging out of your personal game accounts (Steam, Epic, Xbox Live, PSN) at the end of your session. We take no responsibility for compromised accounts left logged in on our public terminals.

Nexus Gaming Lounge frequently hosts competitive tournaments. Participation is subject to event-specific rulesets provided upon registration. Tournament entry fees are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by management.

Any use of third-party software, macros, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage during competitive play is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate lifetime ban from all future events and forfeiture of any potential prize pool.

Memberships provide discounted rates, priority booking, and exclusive access to specific zones within the lounge. Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month cancellations. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
